Regarding the "Scan & Win" Crystal Ball Night Light Redemption

We sincerely apologize that the gift was unable to arrive on the first three show days. The crystal ball night lights arrived last night and will be available for redemption starting today. Thank you for your patience.

Furthermore, visitors who have previously redeemed other gifts under the "Scan & Win" promotion are welcome to come to the Show to collect the night light. Please bring your admission pass and identification document for verification.

We truly appreciate your love for the crystal ball night light.

Download or update the JMAHK mobile app, scan 4 QR codes at designated locations in the hall to collect all game tickets and redeem a free gift at the Scan & Win counter. Quantities are limited.

Terms & Conditions:

1. This program is organized by “JMAHK” (“JMA Hong Kong International Jewelry Show”).

2. This program is open to visitors aged 16 or above (including Trade & Public Visitors). Each participant is required to present his/her valid JMAHK visitor badge for verification and prize redemption. Exhibitors are not eligible to join this program.

3. Participants are required to download JMAHK app to join the program.

4. Each participant is entitled to redeem one prize only. Prizes are limited in quantity and are given on first-come, first-served basis while stock lasts.

5. JMAHK reserves the right to change the prize without prior notice.

6. Prize redemption is only valid at Hall 1E (Booth 1EF40) at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, from 27 - 30 Nov 2025, during show opening hours.

7. The Prize cannot be exchanged for other gifts or converted into cash.

8. The prize will not be reissued if lost or damaged.

9. In case of any disputes, JMAHK reserves the right of final decision.
